Okabe & Yampolsky Translations is a boutique translation firm specializing in Japanese legal translation. We work in no other fields and handle no language pairs other than Japanese and English.
Our clients are primarily attorneys at major law firms, patent law firms, corporations, and private equity funds in the US and Japan. We also provide regular service to public sector intellectual property organizations.
We are known for the speed and high quality of our work, and our attentiveness to detail. We take particular pride in our ability to tailor our services to the specific needs of our individual clients.
We began operations in April 1998. We have a staff of thirteen, and our offices are located on Manhattan's Upper West Side. We will be opening our Tokyo office in the fall of 2008.
